"This is a very well operated Hotel. Easy access to all Tulum has to offer without the inconvenience of the beach road Hotels. I have stayed in most of the 4 to 5 star Hotels in Tulum over the past 20 years and prefer the Aloft. Its a very friendly Hotel that you can really enjoy with all the restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will be returning to Tulum again shortly and will again stay at the Aloft ."

"This place was amazingly beautiful. The staff was extremely accommodating, generous, friendly, and attentive. The property was immaculate. The cenote was spectacular, crystal clear, perfectly located, and had a live DJ on a daily basis. (not too loud and helped create the perfect ambiance) The room was very chic and had everything you need. "This was my first trip to my Mexico so I wasn’t sure what to expect — La Conchita Hotel did not disappoint!! From the time we arrived, we were treated with the utmost in hospitality. There is NOTHING about the description that isn’t as described—it is literally steps from the beach. Our villa was huge, with beautiful views of the ocean from our upper deck. I personally appreciated the rustic-style architecture and decor. It’s been a week since i checked out and I’m still missing the cool ocean breeze and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The area felt completely safe, as me and my kids took many walks in the evenings. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly—especially the young man at the front office (can’t remember his name but I believe it’s Amanjuèl) If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. "
