“Clean room, pool was really nice. There is no front office staff 24/7 as previously listed. The check in process is an absolute nightmare, you have to download an app - which is incredibly slow to work and does not actually read the service fobs to enter the building as stated. There is no housekeeping available if desired. It is spacious, the property itself is very nice and centrally located. They just shouldn’t advertise hotel-level amenities when they don’t have them.”

“Entry to the property is challenging, as there is a locked gate that you don’t have a code to. Directions from the property are not forthcoming easily. That said once you get inside it’s a great place to stay. Roomy, quiet, and really well appointed. Once they get the initial entry thing right, this will be a go to place for people.”

“Clean and adequate for a short stay. Not walking distance to pretty much anything... food, restaurants or stores. Shower head was more like a power washer... rip off your eyelids if not careful.”

“Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate”

“This place some how goes by three different names! The check in was extremely difficult! The parking only accommodates 1 vehicle. The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. I couldn’t figure out how to close the window blinds in the living area, they actually looked broken. This place looks like you’ve entered a jail or prison facility, if I had to describe one. The entire suite couldn’t cool down even after……
