"I would give it 5 stars if it had an elevator. The breakfast is great. The custom omelet is stellar. I like the King Suite where there is a sitting room (sofa, desk, TV) separated from the bedroom. It makes visiting with my son so much easier than having to use the beds as seats like in many hotel rooms. Staff is always amazing. On a larger scale, 9 out of 10. The only drawback is lack of elevator, but it is only 2 floors (I think). This is only an issue for me since I am old."
