“Gorgeous hotel, rough arrival. The design is the star here: luxe decor, a genuinely sexy vibe, and a level of artfulness you don't see in most new NYC hotels. Rooms are a nice size, spotlessly clean, and the water pressure is fantastic. Food is good. Great location if you're spending time downtown around Chelsea and Tribeca. The arrival, though, was a rough first impression. We got in around noon off a long travel day and were immediately hit with "valet is $120 a night with no in-and-out……

“Do not recommend this hotel. Hotel is extremely outdated. They’ve added a few selfie worthy spots to take photos to stay on trend with the present times but the facility and rooms themselves are severely outdated, layered with thick paint and chained lock doors. During my stay, the guest beside me played loud music which was not addressed by security followed by a physical altercation. The male guest locked the female guest in the hallway where she proceeded to kick the door begging to be……

“Its good for solo travelling, price is fair and good if you just need a clean place to sleep and shower”

“The Billionaires upstairs in the private club could spend a few bucks to buy new mattresses. In all fairness, I didn't complain or ask for a new room/bed or mattresses topper... I wouldn't be surprised if they would have been accommodating. That said, the Billionaires that owns the building could definitely afford to get new mattresses. The springs were digging into my ribcage. Regardless, i slept well and the hotel is in the middle of one of the most exclusive and happening areas of Manhattan……
