Great location, really cool lobby/bar, welcoming staff. The hallways were suuuuper hot and the rooftop terrace (while having a nice view) is in need of better furniture. Overall - good place to stay in the heart of the city.
We loved everything about the Kinzie hotel. Comfy beds, clean rooms, terrific breakfast.
When I complained to Expedia after arriving and getting a so-called upgrade for the suite I requested when booking, I was contacted by Hyatt and they moved us to a much better suite. Should have talked more to the Hyatt folks right from the start about the problem. Anyway - Hyatt staff came thru! ...
The hotel is a historic building and has charm. Located on the miracle mile so a good location. The buffet breakfast was excellent but way overpriced at $22 a person. The rooms were set up weird with the tv on a wall that was difficult to view. The bathroom was tiny too with no vanity space. The ...
The hotel is in a really good place, you have everything near of you.
Our room layout was very unique. Room amenities were helpful. I wasn't too excited about the food options or service at the hotel restaurant, but overall the restaurant was fine.
Room was clean and modern, it’s very tight to get around the bed/ wall. The gap under the door was about an inch and a half, we we had to block the hall way light out. The colors of decor and view from the room were great. Bathroom mirror and lighting are so nice. Definitely will stay there ...
The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. Staff would greet you just passing in the hallways. At check in, upon hearing my daughters excitement about the pool offered to switch us to a room closer to the pool. Everyone was excellent!
Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was exactly as expected and clean. Would definitely stay again!
