“The pool is wonderful!!! Clean rooms!!! Staff 👎 when you go to the buffet is a lot of “managers?? they don’t notice that you there no hello no eye contact lack or smile no interaction with guests. My husband ask for 3 strawberries and the guys denied because he needs the strawberries to make shakes. At the pool they offer drinks very rare if you are in the pool you need to go and get your own drink. The resort is great but the stuff needs a lot of customer service. ”

“We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :)
