“El hotel más bonito en el que he estado. El servicio y atención de cada uno de los integrantes simplemente excepcional. En Mayo nos tocó Sargazo y no pudimos disfrutar de la playa ni un solo día. Aún así planeamos regresar pronto. Es un poco triste que casi no haya turistas mexicanos en el Hotel.”

“What can I say… this sweet spot really left an impression on us. The intimacy of the property was the first thing I noticed, with just 21 rooms perfectly tucked away it felt like your own little world. The rooms are stunning and extremely clean and well appointed. I am ordering the same Kassatex robe they had on property. Location is pretty perfect and found ourselves walking to cenotes and Michelin Star restaurants.The pool and lounge part of the beach are super chill and feel a little more……

The location is quiet but within walking distance of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.”

“The website and reviews are completely different then when I stayed there. The bedding, sheets, towels, robes, everything had stains on it. The building is really run down, structural damage, cracks in the walls. The bathroom shower is gross. It flooded water was running out the shower into where the toilet is. The beach is completely useless so many rocks no where to sit and relax. I cant tell you when the water has ever been changed in any of the pools they have. Especially the ones in the……

“Sana is paradise! Not only is the hotel pristine and gorgeous to look at, the service was fantastic too. We had a late check in due to travel times and the staff had placed our pre-ordered dinner in our room, warm and ready for us to eat. Additionally we were upgraded for free to a Luxury Riad room with a pool which was such a wonderful surprise on our arrival! We miss the overnight oats already, and Claudia’s wonderful passion fruit margaritas which were always served with a smile! We’d……
