“The resort was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a natural getaway. The resort had much less of a tacky vibe compared to other resorts we’ve seen, and the check-in and dining options were giving off a higher-end luxury vibe. We are huge fans of wildlife so we were pleased to spot a ton on the resort! The beach was extremely walkable, unlike what we expected based on other reviews. There were golf cart shuttles everywhere but walking to every place aside from dinner was our form of daily……

“Another great visit. The airport shuttle is easy to organize and easy to find. The drivers are friendly and helpful, as is the Lomas Travel staff. The hotel remains wonderful. We cannot say enough about the staff. They are efficient, helpful, warm, and very friendly. There are too many wonderful people to mention by name, but it starts with Ula and we’ll stop there with individual names. Not a slight to the others, just they are all so great that it is an injustice to name them and……

“The staff was excellent; always willing to lend a hand or direct you to where you needed to go. Every need was taken care of for my entire family of 20, including a special beach bonfire for my 70th birthday celebration. Food was great and butlers arranged dinners for 5 consecutive nights at different restaurants where we could all dine together. All guests had swim out rooms so we could visit each other in the pools outside our beach front rooms. Everyone raved about the trip and no one……

“Initially booked another resort had major troubles. So changed to Grand Palladium Colonial. Absolute amazing. They upgraded our room on arrival at no cost. Lots to do and see. Food was excellent. No complaints from me I will go back to this resort. Loved It!”

“Staff is great, place was clean. The room had ac/heat (nights are a bit cold 17/19c) and there was hot water for thee showers 4 stars only because I didn’t really enjoy the restaurant food. Drinks were good though The beach is about 5 min walk from the front desk and there are beach chairs for rent and well as a couple of restaurants Overall a really nice place stay”
