"The property manager was very professional. He was very accommodating although calling to verify my reservation existed, it gets directed to a call center and they do not know what they are talking about. That could be fixed but other than that safe and walkable. "

"This is a Fantastic property! Have stayed here many times. Convenient walking to many of the best restaurants in the French Quarter, including Antoine's & Arnaud's and many others. It is situated right on Royal St., where all the art & antique galleries are located. Property is impeccable think white marble & brass. Rooms are nicely decorated & luxurious. Hotel is very quiet. Property entrance is directly across street from La. Supreme Court Bldg., so security on the street is excellent, & has in property off street parking. The staff here is amazing, everyone you come into contact with is friendly, helpful, happy & accommodating. But the best thing about this hotel is the rooftop, bar, pool & observation deck - where you have a wonderful view of the River, French Quarter & City. It doesn't get any better than this property in the French Quarter."

"This hotel is good close to bourbon street walk to it. Also Frenchman st is good place too go to not as crowded. Also walk to canal "

"The side walk area at the entrance smelled like weed when we first arrived. The side walks are not well kept which is not fault of the hotel. It is a very nice hotel and the employees were all very friendly."
