“The outdated linens were the main reason I rated this inn as good rather than excellent. The bedding did not feel good quality and seemed quite old. I would gladly stay here again if the bedding were updated, as it truly makes a significant difference to the overall guest experience. The front desk associate who checked me in was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond and her exceptional service was greatly appreciated.”
