“It had beautiful scenery. That was probably my favorite part of the property. As well as the restaurant the staff and food were lovely.”

“We were excited to visit the property, pools were nice for the kids, that’s the extent of a decent review. We found bed bugs in our bed the morning after we slept in it. Upon further investigation, we found a TON of them along the bed and wall by the bed. They offered a new room and that was all. We requested reimbursement for the two nights at $1500, and got total pushback from the manager. They were unhelpful, showed no care or concern and basically shrugged their shoulders and said “oh well.”……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Hotel was somewhat dated, but the rooms were clean.”
