“Room was very clean had a high floor as requested will be back”

“Room was clean. Food at the lookout bar is excellent! Espresso martinis were great at the 1878! We come here atleast three times a year. ”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“All of it but every employee we encountered was so professional and extremely friendly and helpful. Super clean. Our second time staying there and now it will be our go to when we come to town. Beautiful place ”
