“The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice. Restaurant and bars closed around 9 while we were there. For the money I would stay elsewhere next time. “Third” bed was ridiculous as a bunk bed. It……

“My son and I stayed and it worked well for us. The room was clean and had all the usual amenities- lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, coffee, etc. The staff was helpful and courteous with tips for restaurants and with the intrigues of breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, they have a full breakfast- eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, etc. My only issue, and it's definitely minor, the pool water was cold and the hot tub was boiling! “Fantastic hotel. Really welcoming receptionist as you come into the beautiful calm space. Rooms very generous - she gave us an internal room which was extremely quiet as we had read reviews referring to street noise at night. Our room had zero noise! Spa facilities also great.. she apologised in advance for some ongoing works around the gym and hot tub area but that did not impact us at all - hot sauna and the hottest steam room I've ever been in!
