“Lean room, nice staff”

“Great Location. Nice walk to the beach thru the path. Liked the picnic tables and fire pits on the lawn. Very comfortable.”

“The Good; friendly staff, great breakfast The Bad: the bed sheets looked and smelled like they were not changed plus the bed was made haphazardly. Mattress way to soft no support. No hair dryer. The Ugly: carpet was filthy.”

“This is a very old fishing bed and breakfast. We slept in the suite with a king bed and that was very comfortable with our own bathroom. The breakfast was very good. Coffee was excellent. Water is very good(well water). Very low key place. Great place a couple of blocks away for food and beer. Terri was very nice who help prepare breakfast. The other guest were very friendly.”

“The outside of the motel looked kind of run down. The stairs and outside hall way looks a bit dirty and run down but once you get inside the room, the room was actually pretty clean. The bathroom was clean and the beds were clean. For a just a quick one night stop just to sleep, I was okay with it. It could have been worst.”

“Property and room were clean and appear well maintained but front desk staff spend extended amounts of time away from the front desk so you will have to call the number posted at the front desk and wait several minutes for an actual person to check you in and out. Also the so called free breakfast is a joke and poorly maintained. Expect to go out for breakfast if you want anything healthy or something to consume other than coffee.”

“Old style motor inn. Small but adequate”

“It was a good value, the property was large and a good value. They have a strange rule that you can’t use the pool unless you book directly. There’s lot of mosquitoes and other wild life in the area. I did find it a little strange there was no front desk for check in but the locks to our room worked and we had no issues during our stay.”

“Honestly, I was here for the reasonable rate. My expectations were low. BUT- if I were near Grayling again, I would go out of my way to stay here. Spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, soft sheets, QUIET! Beautifully renovated but still feels like a vintage time capsule 1940s motor court.”

“Very nice condo! Very clean and cozy. Lots of space for our big family, we loved going around the dock looking for crawfish! We also enjoyed the hot tub at night with the mood lights, just bring bug spray! The mosquitoes liked it too ;) Nice soft beds and bedding made for a great night of sleep. Highly recommended.”
