“nice”

“Drove down to the Southern most point of Louisiana and the road sign is covered in stickers. Great Hotel, safe, quiet and clean.”

“The ac in the living room didn’t cool and the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way.”

“Property was as described with a nice deck for enjoying the evening while grilling you fresh catch or filling up before a day on the water. Good location just a short drive to Venice Marina”

“Place was clean and comfortable. Had all we needed to stay and get some rest.”

“Best place to stay in Venice. Easy access to camp and marina. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. We’ll be back”

“Great communication and easy access. Will stay again!”

“Great communication and cleanliness house”

“This was a great option for a medium sized group. We had 6 people and it was spacious and laid out well enough to make everyone feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this houseboat for a great trip!”

“We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location, especially time spent on the back deck by the water. The houseboat was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation.”

“The place has roaches, ants, and nothing works. It was filthy. The owner said he was coming to fix everything and have it cleaned and never showed. This place is a dump!”

“Great location to Venice Marina!! Perfect end of day dinner at Chance’s that Gordon Ramsey advocated for (less than 2 minute drive from house). Comfort, Cleanliness and Care have gone into the long-term maintenance of this home! Look forward to referring and staying at this location again for future charters. Tons of space for groups, families, and adventurers alike!”

“Very smooth check-in and the host was very responsive with any questions we had.”

“Very good price for the accommodations. Only thing missing is an ice machine but I’m sure the price would go up a bit for that…”
