“We visited COZUMEL 2 years ago and was looking forward to staying at Secrets Aura. We were disappointed that food and service has gone down in quality. Restaurants did not have a lot of items tochoose from and guests were relegated to buffet but that can get old. Simple things like amenities and cleaning seem to be challenging to request. ”

“All staff were friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful... all sand and snorkeling right off the shore. It was relatively easy to get pool chairs, and the drinks were great! The Hibachi was solid, but otherwise the food was subpar (although that is pretty common when it comes to all inclusive resorts). This is a smaller resort, which makes everything easy to navigate and access. On the flip side, there aren't as many restaurants and amenities. The rooms were perfectly fine for……
