The loft was clean and well cared for. Adjustable thermostats for each area. Bathroom was beautiful and there was a double sink and large shower. There are some games in the living room for downtime. There is a Green line on the L just a 10 minute walk away that gets you straight to downtown Chicago. My daughter LOVED her bed as well as the all stuffies that they were decorated with. After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

The hotel is right next to 3 restaurants and a fashion mall so it’s a quick walk from there. Also super convenient for events like conventions at the Donald Convention Center. Good service and free WiFi is a plus. Great parking garage location with easy access, plus 18 check in so that’s a bonus for me. Overall, excellent experience worth the money spent on for the nights my buddy and I stayed.

We have been staying at the Drake Oakbrook for a couple of years now. We really enjoy this hotel for location, service and atmosphere. We love the renovations. We had trouble with cell phone service this last time. The desk clerk did help us with some troubleshooting tips but when still no luck I basically had to insist upon a new room . We will be back. I do feel since the hotel is aware of this issue being up front with people is a must. No service not an option for me.
