"View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. Gym is basic but sufficient - a couple treadmills, a couple bikes, and a rack of dumbbells. Garage is tight! If you have anything larger than a VW Jetta, don’t...

"The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water)."

"We LOVED staying at Jeffery's, apartment it was in an excellent location, both the apartment and the facilities were excellent. Would recommend it to anybody. We did have a slight issue with the checkin, the information we received on paper had 2 different apartment numbers so that was a small issue. I would also suggest that it be made more clearer to people that the code goes on the key pad ABOVE the door handle, not the key vault next the the door. "Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location."

"My family and I couldn't have been happier with this rental - it was in a perfect location and we really enjoyed our walks to town through pristine Playacar (with Mayan ruins in the backyard -- this neighborhood is truly magical!) "We loved the condo we stayed in. It’s in a protected section right on the bay. The breeze from the gulf was constant and the beauty outstanding. Our host has nice taste in the appointments. "This condo was wonderful! Loved the size and layout of the rooms. Exactly as advertised. Well stocked with staples, tons of towels, beds were comfortable, bathrooms are spacious.
