“I booked this hotel based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Had it been clearly disclosed that the air conditioning is only turned on from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. each day, I would never have booked this property. The room became extremely uncomfortable during the day. The sliding glass door in our room would not lock. Because the hotel is in a more secluded location, this made me feel unsafe. When I reported the issue, I was simply told that……

“We stayed at Casita Maya for our first ever trip to Mexico and we had a fantastic time here! It really felt like staying with fun friends. Very relaxed energy, very beautiful space. Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. He’s also an excellent chef. We loved having our meals out by the pool, in fact we ordered breakfast here every morning. House keeping……

“We booked the room with the large balcony right off the malecon and the views were stunning from 2 sides. Book this room if you are able. It was amazing to wake up to these views. Hotel is very clean, staff is beyond nice, location is walkable to many great restaurants and our dive shop, parking though small was more than adequate for our needs, beds were comfy and WiFi and AC worked well. Only downside to the room was the street noise on Saturday was pretty loud, but my husband didn’t even……

“Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun”

“Me encantó la ubicación del hotel junto al mar del caribe muy limpio y tranquilo, la villa limpia con vista al mar, la atención del servicio de primera, la distancia del aeropuerto al hotel muy cerca, pude salir a caminar al malecón ya que estaba muy cerca de la zona turística. La verdad costo beneficio extraordinario, el tener una cocineta me permitió hacerme de desayunar y cenar con los alimentos que compré. Quedé muy satisfecho de haberme hospedado en CONDUMEL muy buenos anfitriones.”
