The concierge staff reached out to us in advance offering assistance and were able to arrange two accommodations we wanted even before we checked in. “Me encantó mucho el hotel sólo que alrededor hay discotecas y se escucha la música un poco, una noche tuve que usar los ear plugs y así descansé bien, si quieres ir a rumbear y te acuestas tarde estará bien para ti lo recomiendo pero si quieres dormir temprano es un poco difícil por el ruido, no sé si en todas las habitaciones es así solo sé que en la mía en el piso 8 si se escuchaba. Lo demás me encantó el servicio la decoración todo genial!!!”

“This hotel is nice, the beach is also nice but it has several flaws. Expect that other hotel guests sitting next to you at the beach will play temendously loud music. Do not expect this as a place to rest Airplanes take off right next door, noise Wild birds eat from the buffet. Avoid the buffet to avoid any bird carried disease Pillows are terribly tall. They do not compare to the Hilton pillows for example”
