“bathroom would not work right and no one ever showed up to help I was told at front desk I coud have just called from room to report this but phone didnot have a cord attached to phone”

“The hotel was not what I expected. It was not in a great area of Richmond with no drugstore or coffeeshops (that we found) around the hotel..everything we wanted to see was a cab ride ($20) away. The room was large but not any hooks in the bathroom except in the shower! And water went all over the floor while showering. BUT we loved Richmond and will be back. Just not at the Quirk.”

“Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. My only quibble is that I’ve visited this hotel twice, six years apart, and on each visit they had huge industrial fans set up in the lobby to dry out a flood. The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too.”

“Hilton was the best hotel with excellent staff always ready to assist you in anyway possible. The driver of the shuttle was the best part to me , very down to earth and lots of fun to talk to and just get to know the area.job well done to all of the staff . 5srars for me . “Everything was ordinary, but the terrible part was being charged $9 for parking. That's truly unfair. Parking should either be free for guests”

“Outlets in the kitchenette were broken, unexpected breakfast fee, pool closed early. Cleanliness of the rooms were in great condition.”
