“The breakfast was discussing. The bathroom was run down and could have been cleaned better.”

“Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and very helpful. My room had an ocean view and great view of the pool and hot tub. When housekeeping came, she only cleaned the bathroom and replaced the towels. There was a spill in room and I asked the front desk to let housekeeping know so that the bedsheets could be changed and the trash taken out but they never showed up. Overall, it was a great stay!”

“There arent many complaints here ... we got a beachside hotel with a pool, a balcony, a comfortable bed, and a nice outdoor bar. There are no frills in the room and its overall setup and furnishings was a bit dated. Also the AC unit was not very efficient as it was quite loud. Otherwise we got what I paid for. I would visit again, but not for the price I paid on this occasion.”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars.
