“Great room. Large enough for four to stay.”

“Everything about the stay was ok - but after we checked in we noticed there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. When I called the desk, they wanted us to go and pick them up - they didn’t even offer to bring us some. I asked for them to be delivered and they man said fine and hung up. The next day we stopped in to get ferry tickets. We had asked for dirty towels to be removed and fresh towels replaced. The man at the desk was very rude telling us that requests should be made by……

“I had lots of issues with my stay. We were in the 1 queen bed which puts you either right on top of or next to the continental breakfast area. Making you have to hear everyone as early as 7am talking and moving chairs. Aside from that, our room was a bit dirty, our a/c unit rattled like crazy, shower would keep dripping, and the WiFi funny enough would not work in our room (personal devices and TV). Go anywhere else and it would connect. I’m very disappointed because it costed a lot of money,……

“Don’t spend my money again on this hotel. uncleaned and not well maintained rooms. Very dusty and dirty. The kitchenette is awful, the linens have stains everywhere and old. The indoor water park water was dirty and the Sauna was broken. Worst place ever stayed in the City so far.”

“There was a vape in my room (I don’t smoke), part of a phone charger was stuck in the electrical outlet, my bed sheet had a yellow stain on it, one of the towels had already been used, there was only one roll of toilet paper for four people, there were no paper towels—just an empty box—and the floor was dirty. The property may be old, but that is not an excuse for poor cleanliness”

“Our stay at Crooked River Lodge was amazing!!! The pool and hot tub for adults is open 24 hours! Everything is super clean and the staff is super friendly! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!!!”

“Don’t even stay here. Rooms probably were never cleaned. There were comb-web and dust. The floors were sticky. I wiped it with wipes and it was all black. The bathroom you can visibly see the dirt. The tub was clogged. Pool didn’t have any towels even after requesting it. The staff wasn’t helpful. The water park is “under construction”. Rooms and bathroom were outdated. Not enough parking. Window was cracked. Sheets had stain. If it wasn’t so late would have went somewhere else.”

“Overpriced poorly lit, insufficient parking and understaffed. I have stayed in other Super 8 s and found them very clean and comfortable. This one is an exception.”

“Overpriced for condition of the room. Curb appeal is horrible wet paint signs but must be old cause does not look like had been painted recently. Check in at 4 key given to us went to room still not clean told to come back later 45min before got in Other rooms we had were not ready either even longer for them Smoke detector hanging from ceiling, one outlet by 1 bed dirty window in bathroom and tub not clean. Alarm clock but no outlet to plug it into also ceiling lights did not work. furniture……
