“Parking was easy and the area was quiet except for the occasional aircraft noise. The doors are to the outside and you could see through a crack in the door to the outside. Made it feel a little unsafe. Expected better from a names brand hotel and looked better in the pics. ”

“It has taken years for the remodel and we continued to stay during the 4 years of construction. Along the way, the rooms were always decent and clean and the hotel felt safe. CONSTRUCTION is DONE! The place looks great and the rooms are really nice.”

“The staff was great. Very pleasant. I had 2 small issues that were immediately resolved by the staff. They really worked as a team and paid attention to guests. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff was great as well. If I had to completely split hairs and gripe about something, I would love a better gym. This is personal preference and was easily overcome. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and attention.”

“The room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast food was the usual nonsense you get at these places, but the breakfast staff were attentive and efficient. The parking deck was a bit small for the amount of rooms. Front desk was great, especially Dionna. She was delightful and helpful. Please give that lady a raise.”

“Location of hotel excellent and room was very nice and quiet. Housekeeping service was every other day which is fine as long as the staff ensures amenities are sufficient to last for two days. We returned to room after it was cleaned to an empty paper towel, facial tissue, and hand soap dispenser, and a half roll of bathroom tissue. We had to visit the front desk three separate times to get necessary items. It is clear that hotell management’s emphasis is on efficiency to the detriment of……
