“The bathroom had hair around the shower and one outlet was completely sticking out of the wall. The other outlet only worked if the wall switch was turned on from across the room. The last outlet didn’t hold the plugs. Outdated room in need of some tlc. From desk could have cared less.”

“I booked a reservation for my granddaughter who was traveling from Alaska with two small children and when she got there they said the reservation was canceled with no explanation and she had to take an Uber to some place where they were available. she says the place was horrible. the staff was horrible. it was dirty and all kinds of riff Raff all around there. she said she would never have stayed there. anyway, please do not go there and by the way they charged me for her stay when she didn't……
