Cuban inspired Mid Term Rental in the heart of Gilbert

  • Welcome to your home away from home! We are offering a fully furnished, fully stocked 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage home on a 6K+ sq ft corner lot in the desirable Cooley Station neighborhood. We have stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a walk in tile shower in the master, cozy fireplace in one of the two living rooms. One of the four bedrooms is located in the 1st floor. Each bedroom has a smart TV and a queen bed with the exception of the Master which has a King. We are also pet friendly with a mid size doggy door and a two way kennel. You'll have access to:
    -Two community pools
    -Several parks and greenbelts.
    -One of the major perks of this home is you are in biking distance to the new Verde at Cooley Station. Some of the amenities there are:
    -Crust, Sip and Shop, Hash Kitchen, The Brass Tap, Sophie May Boutique, The Blue Heron(Speakeasy) and many more.
    -Two bikes for cruising around.
    -10 miles from Banner Ironwood
    -5.6 miles from Banner Gateway
