“Make sure not to get the last room on the first floor as you will be woken up by the noise from the employees coming in and out of the lockers or equipment room door closing loud enough to wake us up multiple times. The other rooms are safe from that Other than that, all was great!”

“Bugs found in room infested my daughter , wife and mothers head with lice pics where taken cockroach found in floor picture taken aswell ! Management denyed there was any such thing in there hotel and denyed refund on day of check in couldn’t check in on time due to rooms not being ready due to laundry system being down !! One manager said to me there not court yard owned which still doesn’t changed anything at all pool isn’t cleaned as it should be cloudy water not properly maintained. Sand in……

“The amenities were great. They had a lot of pools and hot tubs and an arcade room. It was right on the beach, super close in a nicer area with less people. I didn’t like their room. They were outdated, and it had a funky smell. It seemed. They weren’t cleaned to the best standards. Overall, it was a OK. Experience. Wasn’t the best. Like I said, the amenities are a 10 out of 10, but the rooms are probably a 5 out of 10.”

“Villa rooms were very dated and not very clean. Resort double booked me and was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. Two different guests who checked in before us also had problems with their reservations. We were locked out of our rooms after one trip to the car with our luggage even though it was two hours before check out time. We had to find a housekeeper to open the door to retrieve the rest of our luggage. We were told the staff must have entered the lock out time incorrectly.”

“The bathroom and kitchen area were unclean. There was a roach in the bathroom, the night we got there, and there was used soap and hair stuck to the wall of the bathtub. The bathtub was not cleaned. Obviously there was garbage on the floor in front of the kitchen area. I was in total shock. I realized how dirty the bathtub was the day after I got there when I wanted to take a shower. I went downstairs around 9:30 AM and told the front desk. They sent someone to clean it. I would like to……

“Proximity to the beach is excellent. We only asked for our room to be cleaned once during our 4 night stay, the only thing they did was trash and towels. I am not saying I wouldn't stay here again, but you do get what you pay for with this motel.”
