Duty, uncomfortable and bad service
One my worst experiences on a hotel, to perfectly describe it is close to a horror movie, I couldn’t sleep even tho we got a “ suite”…. And we got that because we up grated our room. Is a old building, I guess they trying to do their best but is impossible…..

It's an indoor place to rest - that's it!
Dirty walls, dirty carpet, unplugged refrigerator which leaked into carpet, super slow WiFi, terrible bed, freight railroad immediately adjacent running trains all night... Not much more to say about this place.

If you need a quiet place to chill, with little thrill then this is your ville. Its comparable to a teenager just going through the motions to get C's and graduate until you can move on to the next stage of your life.

They take a deposit on arrival, but you can only get it back during normal office hours. I had an early morning flight, so I lost my deposit. Naturally they didn't mention any of that at checking when they took the deposit. They basically robbed my deposit money. The place looked and felt unsafe, there are people loitering around at night, during my stay two police cars came to the hotel.
