“I had an amazing stay here، and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The resort is beautifully maintained-clean, organized, and very well taken care of. “Amenities are great. You are in a middle of wildlife. We see monkeys, iguanas and coaties everyday. it is a big resort to explore. They have a few big pools. The beach wasn't as what we expected because of the sargassum but the resort staffs did try to remove them everyday. There are sections where you can swim but we decided to stay by the pool. They have the carts/buggies to bring guests around. They have a variety of entertainments every night and we were able to book a la carte for most……

“The entire staff at the resort are amazing. Our concierge Gina was very helpful with recommendations for tours off the property, and things to do on the property. Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. We enjoyed volleyball, live music, bike ride into Akumal and other shows put on by the entertainment team. There was always something to do if you wanted to be interactive. Jose was our pool……

“Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. ……

“Staff were fantastic, beautiful stretch of beach front property and nice pool. Free parking was great. The music was loud some days but was done by a decent time at night so it didn’t bother us at all. Breakfast started at 8am, we thought it started at 7 so just to be aware of. I tried the free yoga one morning and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious, there are a few options to chose from and all made fresh to order. Would recommend. ”
