“Had an amazing stay at Secrets Tulum! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a unique jungle/beach inspired design and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was 3/5, and the beach club was a great addition to the experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made for a perfect getaway. I would definitely recommend Secrets Tulum and would love to return in the future!”

“Secrets was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, the pools were beautiful and there was always entertainment happening. The quiet pool was calm and relaxing if you wanted a more serene setting. The food was great and we never had to wait long at the restaurants. And if you are looking for a a late night the DJ in the lounge was so much fun! Great place for couples to relax and reconnect.”

“El hotel más bonito en el que he estado. El servicio y atención de cada uno de los integrantes simplemente excepcional. En Mayo nos tocó Sargazo y no pudimos disfrutar de la playa ni un solo día. Aún así planeamos regresar pronto. Es un poco triste que casi no haya turistas mexicanos en el Hotel.”

“We stayed in a Teepee on the beach- used the public bathrooms. The public bathrooms were gross but all public bathrooms are- bring disposable toilet covers/witch hazel/wipes/hand sanitizer/etc. There is an option to stay in a teepee by the bathrooms. I could not recommend against that enough/ it smells horrible down there :) The teepee on the beach was so nice. It seemed like we were the only ones staying in those ones. There was this nice little area right outside of it with beach chairs and……

“We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a seven day trip to Tulum. The Alaya was a great place to stay. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location is quiet but within walking distance of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.”
