“Amazing stay at a great hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was large and great, and the cleaning personell were very thorough. The Rosewater restaurant had tasty food, and very pleasant staff that made our mornings perfect. Everyone on the staff at Casa Zamna were great. The guys at the beach making our stay filled with good energy, while the front desk helped us with everything we needed. Cristian, Pablo, Fernando, Manuel, Benigno, Sergio, Salvador, Louis - everyone contributed greatly……

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“We had a great stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an in the Riviera Maya. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior suite near the lobby, which was spacious and conveniently located within easy walking distance to the restaurants and buffet. The food quality was excellent for an all-inclusive, with plenty of variety and solid dining options. We also enjoyed having access to the other Bahia Principe resorts via a quick shuttle ride, making it easy to spend time……
