Walking distance to multiple grocery stores, 10+ coffee shops (really), bars, infinite restaurants, and parks.
There's a separate dining room (currently used as a piano studio), huge walk-in closet, dishwasher, WiFi, brand new A/C unit, high-end speaker system, adjustable dumbbell set and workout bench, and Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and HBOMax.
Laundry in building.
I'm looking for an extremely clean guest who's willing to take care of my plants while I'm away — they're easy to water, and I'll give you instructions.
No children, couples, pets, or smokers.
Street parking only, but it's easy to find around the corner, free, and no permits required.
