“We stayed at the Wallace for my birthday and saw a show at the Beacon. Start to finish, the staff was literally falling over themselves to make sure that my birthday was commemorated. They upgraded our room without being asked, everywhere we went someone was wishing me a happy birthday, when we went into the bar, they gave us complementary glasses of Prosecco, and when we got to our room, there was a beautiful bottle of wine and a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday. I could not……

“I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think……

“非常滿意的體驗！今次旅程找了很多價位相同的酒店做比較，在紐約想找到滿意的酒店而是這個價錢，是很難。跟很多大品牌酒店比起來，我發現這間會更出色。 2樓有 休息室，可以免費暢飲咖啡和茶。而且有水機，更備有水樽供客人使用，非常好！！ 房間舒適，空間大，很滿意！！ 唯一美中不足是沒有早餐提供，向酒店反映了也作出回應，希望下次來會有驚喜！！ ”

“Made the reservation for my wife and my son , they just came back today,what they told me is that they love this hotel, friendly, convenient for the show at the Carnegie Hall, and awesome restaurant around. They are so happy, and pickup service from airport when they arrived is really nice. We are now a big fan. We will be back. Thank you!”

“A small cozy boutique hotel that ticks all the boxes of convenience, comfort and cleanliness. Although the room was small but it was very comfortable. I was surprised to find it so quiet at night even though we were right in the middle of Times Square! Both my son and I slept very well in the 5 nights we were there. The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant is really gorgeous. The only negative thing I could think of is the so-called front desk. The staff is constantly on their phone……
