The WhiteHall Hotel BW Premier Collection is fortunate to have both Felicia and Cheryl representing their establishment and welcoming guests daily.
During our recent stay in the downtown Chicago area, these two exceeded expectations to ensure our stay was pleasant and rewarding.
Upon check-in, we encountered an unforeseen issue with our room key, but Felicia quickly resolved the situation by providing us with a complimentary upgrade, which we greatly appreciated.
Additionally, Cheryl went above and beyond by assisting us in obtaining a private car service to attend a special event we were in town for.
Their exceptional service truly made our experience memorable!

"The Italian restaurant inside is delicious, we went twice! If you aren’t I. The mood for there are so many options that are walkable. The Taco spot around the corner is also a win for food Taco Maya.
The only thing we didn’t like is having to wait so long for the elevator, 25 mins to get from the 4th floor to checkout. If we didn’t have luggage we would’ve walked down. And the pillows could use an upgrade! Beds not super comfortable but it was fine."
"This is my go to hotel in the city. I went stay any place else. Even for an additional fee you can get breakfast included. I have stayed in both a reg room n a kitchenette thick it doesn't have a full kitchen or days have a microwave n a small fridge. Room is very nice"
"My mom and i stayed for 3 nights, so so nice, pool and terrace are perfect relaxing options. workers are super friendly especially Wallis, he was so kind and very helpful and welcoming, he gave us advice and helped us if we needed it!! very nice restaurant too, yummy food and kind workers!"

"I loved it all. Brought my 5 year old grandson Mateo and they catered to him including their kid room key card , a treasure chest choice, a hat and stuffed animal and his own kid sized robe. He spilled some food in restaurant and we apologized profusely, but they waved it off saying they were family friendly. Loved the pool, loved the hot tub, loved how kind and friendly staff was"
"We tried the Riu Rooftop bar and it was lovely. The buffet breakfast was great. However, the weekend start time was a bit late compared to weekday. We had to check out at 7:15 and missed it. Hotel staff did not allow or offer us a small bag of pastry to go before we check out even though the 3rd person breakfast was charged "
