"I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and well maintained with helpful staff. The gym looked great but I didn’t pack my workout gear. The connected Lure restaurant was excellent to experience. River North is a wonderful location and a very short walk to great shops and restaurants. "
"The property is easy to get to from Lakeshore Drive. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance, with the L being just a few blocks away. The room is unique and contemporary with two walls of windows. We will definitely return. "

"The view is amazing and so are the rooms. It was worth it to try it once! It is very pricey but worth every penny! I had a work event on one of the boats off of Navy Pier and was able to walk right out to the boat from the hotel! "
"The location of the hotel right off Michigan Avenue was perfect. Public parking right across the street. The hotel is fresh and new. Many staff available to assist. Do not skip the complimentary breakfast! I would easy pay $20 for that breakfast as it had everything from fresh fruit, real eggs, pastries, even a coffee cream warmer/frother machine for the great coffee!"

My only feedback would be the few experiences we had in the on sight restaurant, breakfast service and food were good the two mornings we dined there. Evening service was awful, staff seemed inconvenienced by evening guests and food was just OK. This is the only negative that came out of our stay here."
