Best hotel I've stayed in...

Posted Aug 23, 2015
This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. The price is right. The hotel is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. Pool is amazing. Breakfast included is the best. Always look forward to staying here when bringing daughter back to college at GCU.

Nice hotel and pool, air beds were not very comfortable. Clean rooms! Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but not much change. A bit of a drive to restaurants.

Close to St Josephs Hospital

Posted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: Closeness to hospital and morning breakfast.
Cons: Repair of all the items mentioned above that didn't work. They were reported to the front desk on more than one occasion.
Location: Don't know. Was not there for a vacation.
No wake up call, because phone didn't work (Could have been disasterous, since I had to be at hospital by 5:30 a.m. and, fortunately woke up on my own.) Phone also wouldn't accept incoming calls.(They got a fax sound).. First refrigerator didn't work; door to room had to be shut several times to close and card had to be entered several times to open.

Pleasant Hotel to stay at.

Posted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: Free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking were a plus to our stay.
Cons: 5th floor pool were not filled, would have been nice to have it back into operation.
Location: Great hotel close to Universities and shopping.
Staff were very friendly, nice comfortable rooms. We spent four nights at the Wyndham and will definitely book our stay at your hotel the next time we are in Phoenix.

An okay hotel

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: The pool was awesome!!
Cons: Breakfast. Change up what is being served.
Location: Great location for us!
I checked into the hotel and there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. I informed the clerk at the desk and a refrigerator was delivered to my room. The next morning we discover the refrigerator did not work. We informed the clerk (same from the night before) and she apologized for the mistake. The maintenance personnel arrived to the room with another refrigerator and found that the existing refrigerator wasn't plugged in. I stated that my family and I did not touch the cord for the refrigerator. The maintenance personnel said they plugged in and that their positive they did it. So after plugging in the refrigerator, the next day (day 3) the refrigerator did not work. At this point I'm very frustrated with the entire situation. My wife and I had to purchase milk daily for my son due to the issue with the refrigerator. My question was and still is...is why wasn't there a refrigerator in the room in the first place? And did the maintenance crew bring up the refrigerator they initially took out of there? My second issue the hotel serving the same breakfast every day.

Convenient to the airport

Posted Aug 12, 2015
Wanted a hotel close to the airport after vacationing in Sedona. The staff was very helpful and nice. The waitress in the restaurant was especially good; food was good too. It was perfect for what we needed.

Nice hotel

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: I loved the hotel and I would like to stay again, if given the chance.
Cons: The bathrooms need a bit more cleaning.
Location: The location was great & quiet. Its also nice WalGreens is right around the corner. For those with porn fetish, there is an adult store across.
For where the hotel is located, it was pretty nice. The rooms were awesome as well as the staff. The breakfast that came with the room was good. I just didn't use all the services the hotel had to offer. The only thing that surprised me was the location of the adult bookstore that was across the street.
