“What a beautiful hotel! Nice little pool to have a dip in after a warm day out and about. One side has bubbles and the hotel makes sure to keep the pool clean. Very friendly and helpful reception. They helped with arranging taxi and when one taxi didn’t show up in time they checked and eventually it came after all. They gave good tips on how to get the collectivo bus to the beach. Unfortunately Tulum struggles a bit with seaweed but the city is very nice to stay at. There is plenty to do like……

“Beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool and bar. They have a ground level pool as well. Rooms were comfortable and modern. The AC worked great. Underground parking for rental car. A quick drive and you are at beaches, restaurant, bars in the jungle. There is a super market across the street for anything you may need.”

“I’m sad for Tulum the hotel zone it’s like a ghost town a lot of hotel bar restaurants close the prana hotel close the restaurant but still offer the breakfast at near hotel and restaurant El Capitan they offer you 4 breakfast to choose i ended having pancakes but the last one went to have it at other place because I did not like it the beach has a lot o algae the beach it’s dark and smell so bad”

“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Très cosy, au style minimaliste, qui permet de se sentir vraiment coupé du monde et de profiter d’un cadre paisible. La chambre avec piscine était vraiment satisfaisant. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des fruits frais et des jus de fruits fraîchement préparés. Le seul petit bémol est que le menu était identique chaque jour, un peu plus de variété aurait été appréciée. Le personnel était très serviable et toujours à l’écoute.……

“My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. “L’hôte nous a informé à une heure d’arrivée sur place qu’il y a eu un bug sur la plate-forme de réservation Expedia et que notre réservation de 3 nuits n’étaient finalement plus disponible. 1 nuit seulement au lieu de 3. Nous avons dû trouver un nouveau logement dans l’urgence après 15h d’avion. Le logement est certe paradisiaque mais ce contre temps ne nous permet pas de mettre une bonne note.”
