"Our stay was lovely! The bridge is right in front of the hotel and looks beautiful! The room was clean. Ladies at the breakfast buffet were amazing, they were very sweet to my 22 month old baby! The food at the Vicinity was also really good. Catching the tour bus was about a 5-7 minute walk. Very convenient location! "

The staff was friendly (although some told us wrong directions a couple of times) and the entire place very clean. "I booked this room for my daughter's first visit to London, and it was the perfect safe spot for her to arrive to after a long overnight flight. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. She was easily able to find her way there from Heathrow, and then could walk right out of the hotel and into one of the nicest areas in London. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!"
