“Good location, very basic breakfast, it has a shuttle service to the casino, a swimming pool, and the room is a good size. Nice service.”

“Going in the Winter was nice, the property is beautifully set up with Lake Michigan sitting behind. The concierge, the Front Desk to even the other staff working there were very respectful, nice and always made sure to go one step above! My family especially loved the Tea and Cookies moment they offer, followed by the breakfast was amazing with their wide variety to choose from inside their Breakfast spot they have inside the Inn! We will for sure be back!”

“The room was absolutely disgusting- sheets/ bed skirts were stained and dirty. There was a hair tie still within the sheets (so guessing bedding didn’t get changed) and when we asked to switch rooms, the owner/manager asked why we were “checking the mattress”. Also they had the door to outside taped up so it wouldn’t latch, allowing anyone access to the building. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere! ”

“Dinner was excellent. Continental breakfast has limited selection and does not seem to have variety from day to day. Nice options for breakfast/brunch nearby in Petoskey. Very unique property with friendly and helpful staff.”

“We have stayed at this property many times and the property was clean and staff friendly as usual. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included as it always was in the past. That was always a draw to the property so have to weigh in future”

“No hangers in the room, shower didn’t work properly at all, no icemakers worked, had to walk up to a separate building for breakfast, tables weren’t wiped down in between customers, we asked for a first floor room and ended up in a different building at the bottom of the hill. Not handicap friendly at all. The room smelled like weed.”

“Cuando en una situación como la pandemic actual tienes un mensaje de obligatorio mascarilla y te encuentras todos los días clientes y trabajadores sin mascarilla o con ella mal puesta en el interior del hotel, falta de limpieza (en un hotel pet friendly deberían ser más exigentes), y el porta rollo de papel higiénico roto, etc. No, no inspira confianza. A pesar de que Charlevoix como pueblo nos gustó mucho nos fuimos anticipadamente. ”
