"Another wonderful stay!"
This was our second stay at AM. We loved it so much last year, we returned again this year. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the staff is attentive and very friendly. While doing laundry half way through our stay, we walked around the hotel and selected our room for our 2017 trip to Aruba. Highly recommend the hotel and its proximity to Eagle Beach is just a bonus!

"Best international/beach trip ever! "
I'm a bit of a skeptic, but Aruba actually is full of happy people! From start to finish everyone was extremely helpful and answered all questions. I suggest taking a taxi from the airport - everything is gov't regulated and costs the same as taking a shuttle (which can take a while since you have to wait for groups to arrive). The hotel is super clean - they clean the pool/pool grounds daily and almost all day long. From buffet to restaurants all food was fresh, although I do not suggest the "international fusion" restaurant we literally walked out mid-meal (too salty, not prepped well, and didn't meet expectations of osso-bucco/appetizers). However, we ate at the steakhouse and got a lobster each which was perfectly cooked. Definitely try the Arubian restaurant and give everything a try because it was so worth it! Top shelf liquor dispenser in room and always full plus a beautiful beach facing room kicked the vacation into high gear. Morning staff at front desk way more knowledgeable than evening staff. We took advantage of the included activities such as paddle boarding, be careful those high speed winds carry you fast! Fresh ceviche every day with delicious fruit and dessert. The staff loved to see everyone have a good time you can even see them singing along and dancing or cracking jokes. What a wonderful experience thanks to RIU staff and property. My boyfriend and I can't wait to come back and bring others with us. It was so worth it!

"Very Good but not Great"
The check-in process was efficient. When we got to our room (Two queen beds) a large picture was missing off the wall and the ceiling fan was pretty dirty, and the desk looked grimy. Neither my wife or myself were very impressed. I have never in my life called to complain about a room but felt compelled to do so in this case. We were shown another room which was an upgrade (better view) and it was what we expected from a Hyatt. We were given that room at no extra charge after talking with the manager on-duty and the front desk receptionist Grace. More impressed in the fact they called us about 30 minutes after we had settled in and made sure we were happy with the room and gave us a small credit towards our bill. The room had a modern décor even though it did have some wear and tear on it. Overall it was clean and the beds were comfortable. A good sized fridge which kept things cold. Very good A/C controls and had no issues getting/keeping room cool. It had a step-in tub/shower which may concern some older travelers. Water pressure was good. The balcony was small and pretty much useless. The furniture was a little oversized for the room and found the layout a little awkward. The pool isn't that big but never had any issues with finding a good spot, and water was clean. We only ate dinner once at the Hyatt at the Ruinas Del Mar restaurant but think it was the best meal we had while in Aruba. Rented a car from the concierge's desk which was also very efficient. 4 out of 5 stars

"Condo Living in a Quiet Location"
We were a group of 9 - 4 adults & 5 kids and we were in the 3-bedroom suite which had every amenity. The views were spectacular. Limited interactions with the staff but those were positive although it did take a bit of time for us to check in & out due to there being only 1 person in the office. Not a huge deal..... This is not a hotel. It is a 3-building condo complex that rents out available rooms & condos. If you are looking for a place with hustle & bustle, this is not for you. The place was virtually deserted and we had all 3 pools to ourselves most days (fine for us as we were our own "party" with that many kids!). I never saw a single person in the bar area except for dinner time when they do the 8 course meal. If you are looking for someplace very quiet, safe, secure, with beautiful views, this will be for you. It is very centrally located though so as long as you have a rental car (a must if you stay here in my opinion), you will be able to easily go downtown to shop or dine and to the popular Palm Beach nightlife activities (and daytime beach activities). Our only complaints - we had some issues with the room - very tiny ants that we needed to have sprayed but still persisted the 4 days we were there, a broken door handle that was quickly repaired, and the fact that housekeeping comes 1x every 2 days. We had to ask for extra garbage bags for the kitchen and we had to make our own garbage dumping runs (a which sort of defeats the purpose of vacation!)

"Excellent alternative to big hotel chains!"
Our one-week stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The two-bedroom villa (Swiss Paradise 2) is equipped with top quality appliances, cookware, furniture, etc. The beds are awesome!!!!! All areas are clean and very well maintained. Everything looks brand new. The staff is kind and helpful (especially Angelica). The place is close to the wonderful Arashi beach, but I would recommend renting a car to get around the island (ask the staff about rental agencies and you will likely find a good deal). It only takes about 10 minutes to get to the high-rise hotel area, Eagle beach or Palm beach. Make sure you print/read the instructions to get to the hotel because it can be a bit confusing (there are not many street signs in Aruba). In brief, 100% recommended!! No complains!! I look forward to staying at Swiss Paradise during my next trip to Aruba.

"Worth your time"
Room was very nice and clean and smoke free. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Oscar picked us up at airport, checked us in and returned us to airport and was available for anything we needed. Unit had a washer and dryer. Nice kitchen. Very quiet area. Room overlooks the golf course. Nice balcony. Short walk to beach or you can catch a shuttle. Shorter walk to infinity pool. Love this place. Oscar was great! My son says 5 stars isn't high enough it should be 10 stars.

"Best beach on the island"
This used to be the Radisson. Recently changed over to Hilton. Apparently undergoing a renovation later this year. Didn't notice a big difference in quality; slight makeover in the lobby but otherwise not many changes from the Radisson. Best beach on the island: perfectly calm turquoise water most of the time. Clean white sand, and well maintained palapas. Only real negative: beach can get crowded depending on the time of year.
