I did not enjoy the valet as they did take over an hour to collect my vehicle but I understand it was not their fault but rather a lack of staff issue on the hotel and I can understand when it is a one man show trying to run everything."

"Great location. The rooms are nice and good for the price. I was in one of the top-most floors and the views were epic. Gym was good and practical. Staff were excellent. The location is basically unbeatable (I was in town for a convention and am an amateur photographer). I will visit again...thank you River Hotel staff! :)"

The lady checking us in basically said that you won’t ever get the upgrades when they sent them. Just wondering why you would offer an upgrade if you never truly honor them. Also, don’t get hyped by the Balmain toiletries , they clearly refill the bottles with off brand soap, lotion etc. "
