“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“The staff were great except for the man who registered us. I was told I could check in by 1 instead of 3, but when I got there, the man at the desk said no rooms would be ready before 3. I went back to my car to wait with my disabled husband and dog. I went back in at 2:40 and he was registering people. A rocky start. The room was good, but the pool and hot tub were dirty. Breakfast was good, the bartenders were wonderful.”

“Nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate! Grounds and rooms were clean and well-kept and staff was friendly. Beds were a bit firm for our preference, but not horribly so. However, there weren’t any blankets on the beds—just the flat sheets and the bedspread. It took a little trial-and-error to get the temp just right for sleeping w/out having a blanket, but we figured it out! “Breakfast” options were very limited, but luckily on this trip, we weren’t planning to eat at the hotel anyway. Worst……
