“The transportation is very convenient, but the facilities are a bit old ”

“All Accor messed up my booking and I have a hard time to check into the hotel. I have to check in and out for 2 times during the 3 days stay. Usually my stay used to be very good. This time, the phone and the hair dryer are not working in my room. The package I got with breakfast included was not showed in the hotel reservation. In general, the All Accor booking system made this stay a bad one.”

“我們一家四口住宿，餐點好吃，服務好。地點非常方便，在time square，但房間隔音很好，很安靜。”

“Great!”

“Room was small but fine for 2 nights, private bathrooms in the hallway, nice sauna and steam facilities”

“房間空間太小”

“Very old and worn out hotel. Poor amenity in the room. Slow elevators. And staff with poor attitude. Room is also dusty. Won't come back.”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”
