"Simple but effective "

"Rooms are clean but staffing was not so great. Took a long time to check in to the point about 5 other people were behind me until after about 7 to 10 mins later another staff person showed up to help. Then the next day i went to the front desk for toilet paper and with two people in front of me it took almost 30mins no lie before i was helped. and the check in line behind me was out the door. Other than little to slow staff the hotel is nice, clean and enjoyable i would stay again! "

"The Radisson Hotel St Paul Downtown was a wonderful surprise. Every employee was so friendly and so helpful. The restaurant/breakfast staff were the best I have ever encountered at a hotel. They went above and beyond. So friendly and helpful. Location was great and it was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times."

"Clean and comfortable! The beds were super comfy. We needed to get up at 3:30 to catch the 4:30 shuttle. Coffee was fresh and hot and the shuttle was efficient! Fabulous, helpful and welcoming staff. We will defiantly stay again! "

"The front desk manager and team at Drury Plaza are hands-down the best in the business! I genuinely look forward to checking in and I am confident that they will go above and beyond to make the stay perfect! It’s too bad that the hotel is now charging for parking but the location is great for work at the Capital. "
