“Room was absolute banger on the third floor with its own pool, though other guests can beat you to having it all for you (more than understandable). The room was NOT a room, it was an APARTMENT! It had its own fully kitted dinning/kitchen room (no microwave but everything else is in there including knives, pans, utensils), its own bedroom, and its own bathroom. “The resort was much larger than expected. The butlers for our villa (67), Maggie and Julio were wonderful. They were kind and understanding. Although I feel that they should have had another butler during their busiest times. The check in was smooth, Uziel, was great and we enjoyed all his recommendations. Due to the size of the resort, they have carts to take you to places around the place. I would recommend to take that into account when planning for things. You might need to wait an extra 15……
