"Such a lovely hotel and the proximity to our events was perfect. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the customer service was beyond reproach! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. "
"Our Premium Corner Room was excellent! Glass from roof to floor around the whole corner Room with automatic Blackout blinds and also sheering curtains! Beautiful views to the lake, to the river, to the skyscrapers! The bed was very comfy too!! My husband loved the living room with a desk where he could work and enjoy the views! Awesome stay!"
"The hotel location is perfect. In the middle of everything. The front desk is so helpful and also the valet people. The rooms are new, spacious, clean, and quiet. It’s smells so good also!!! I would most definitely stay here again next year!!!"
"We were really happy with our experience at the Palmer House. The room was really nice and the hotel was in walking distance to Millennium Park, Grant Park, shopping, etc.
We were dining and a manager came up just to say hi and find out if we were happy (we were). He started talking about how Palmer House invented the brownie and gave us brownies to try (delicious!). This was Lollapalooza weekend and he clearly had a lot to do - he still took the time to give individual attention. Very impressed with the service.
The Lockwood Room is also gorgeous. It’s a great place to grab drinks. (And for coffee addicts like me, there is Starbucks on the property.)
Very happy with our experience - perfect from start to finish. We will be staying here again. "
"I absolutely enjoyed my two nights at the HI Chicago hostel for Lollapalooza. As a solo traveler, the common areas and events held by staff were a great way to meet new people from all over the country and the world, as well as have some fun. Whether you’re traveling solo or not, I’d recommend staying here. Even though I had an obnoxious roommate, the bed was comfortable and the location is great being in the loop , a lot of great food options nearby."
"Absolutely amazing stay, Amy at the front desk was delightful, super close walking to the Riverwalk and beautiful views :) Also, self parking in their garage with unlimited in/out privileges! will definitely be back!! "
