“The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light. The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all.”

The buildings are structured in a way that you have an amazing view of the ocean regardless of which unit is booked. The private beach and pool were top tier. “The view was amazing and always felt safe with 24hr security. The property was in a perfect location to the beach, shopping, Cozumel Ferry, and excursion pickups. ”

The snorkeling right in front of the condo was amazing—we even saw a lionfish and a spotted eel just steps from the building! The location, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. “This is the most well-equipped apartment we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the outside spaces due to the humidity but they were lovely.We had an issue with one of the toilets during our stay but this was resolved by the host within an hour of us notifying them. I can't get a plumber that quickly at home :)Our only recommendation is maybe a darker curtain for the main bedroom as there's a street light across the road.Location is close enough to Avenue 5 to be walkable...
