"The hotel is unique in decor. It is older, but very clean and antique decor. I loved it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a larger room. Very close to Central Park and Museum across the street. Also subway is close. We walked to the theatre district for a play. I was so happy to find that cleaning staff found my wallet. I had left it in the safe and staff had given it to the office. "Arthouse Hotel is a lovely hotel located in a quiet, but thriving upper west side neighborhood. Close to subway (79th or 72nd), shopping (Niche vintage), restaurants (Miriam), and Central Park. Great management and staff and delicious bakery in lobby. Loved our stay and will return!"

"Beautiful locations, we didn’t like no fridge , no coffee machine. The water in the shower kept dripping, we couldn’t do anything. I told them about it. Didn’t get fix. The cleaning staff is excellent housekeeping is fantastic. "
