"The shuttle with Mr. Tracy was clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable. The fact that you had it made my game-going experience extremely enjoyable. If he hasn’t had a raise lately, he should get one!
My room was clean. The staff was friendly, polite, and pleasant. Our stay was just one night, but it was great!"
"Great location for walking to restaurants and stores, and only a short drive to see The Arch and other things downtown. Loved the rooftop bar. Staff was awesome, especially Charles - thank you Charles! Great hotel - would definitely stay here again!"
"We were upgraded to a corner room with an exceptional view of the Arch and river, and I love the location because it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. Parking was very easy but it appeared really limited compared to the places we stayed in Washington DC on this trip."

"The room was very underwhelming after walking through the front door for the first time. Having a fridge and microwave was nice, though.
The hotel itself had ice water available until 8pm, and coffee/hot water available 24/7. I wish ice water would be kept out 24/7 too and don't see a reason why they can't do that. The breakfast gets the job done, but is basically the same every day. Though I don't mind that with all the options (eggs, biscuit/gravy, pancake, waffle maker, cereal, sausage patty, fruit, yogurt). I believe I stayed long enough to see their full dinner rotation and was pleasantly surprised by it. I wound up eating in the hotel way more often than I expected to. As far as location...it's hard to beat. I took a beautiful 15 minute walk to the convention center every morning, and enjoyed the 6 minute walk to Busch Stadium to enjoy that beautiful setup. You have SugarFire BBQ close by, as well as Hi Pointe Burgers within walking distance, and both are great options. And of course, you're right next to the Arch. A morning cup of coffee on the 8th floor balcony overlooking that Arch with the sun coming up is a fantastic amenity this hotel has but doesn't hype up enough in my opinion. "
