图卢姆扎马酒店宾馆住宿限时优惠

“Unfortunately, a terrible experience from the beginning... Prior to even arriving to the hotel, I (nor expedia themselves) could get ahold of the hotel.... (they advertise airport shuttle can be arranged which was the reason I wanted to get ahold of them and to confirm my reservation as well) but they have no correct form of contact on their website, instagram, or expedia page. Tbh I don't even understand how Expedia can sponsor a hotel they do not have a proper phone number or email of.... THEN……

“Alberca padrísima desayuno delicioso”

“My boys and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was very clean and very modern with great amenities like the outdoor soaking pool on the balcony”

“Beautiful boutique resort located in the heart of Tulum.”

“The water sink is stifled, not hot water. We have to switch to another room in the morning for shower. No hair dryer as well. Worst hotel experience ever!”

There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties.……

“They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..”

“Beautiful place”

Understood that it was no refundable, but as a business owner to avoid a review like that you would think they would have met us half way and refunded as least a portion of the 6 nights. Also, if you don’t speak any Spanish at all, you’ll have a very hard time checking in. Sad that this was such a huge……
