“Rooms were not clean, our bed sheets had stains on them, bathroom very small and we showered with flip flops as you could see the tiles were never cleaned and also there was no room cleaning service for the whole weekend they only gave you clean towels upon request. Water pressure was absolutely terrible. Staff were nice nothing to say about them, breakfast was good. Best part was the Aerie restaurant definitely worth the view, vibe and food. This is at driving distance to downtown Traverse……

“Hello. We booked this hotel literally for the hot tub for July 4-6. I called to make sure it was running July 1 & it was. My daughter hurt her back and my son hurt his knee at last baseball game right before I booked trip and we knew we’d be hiking at sand dunes and such and wanted the hot tub soooo badly. “Great room. No chairs. No water. No information. No coffee, tried to get coffee at the cafe downstairs, staff ignored me or served others after I had placed my order. Over priced for what is available.”

“We have stayed here several times over the years and have always enjoyed this little place. Always clean and friendly in a peaceful location. Unfortunately, the place is getting a little too pricey for a senior couple.”
