“There was a little mix up with email, and i didn't receive the checkin email. I reached out and vrbo text it to me very quickly. I have a pending credit, that i should have already received, but have not yet, so for that reason I have rated it 4 stars. I was hoping everything would be resolved before i got this notification to rate my stay. I am hopeful that my credit will be posted soon!
