They changed the room for us for a lower level. This was very inconvenient with have to move all of our stuff with 3 children. It rains and snows quite a bit in this area, this issue should not happen I can tell from the smell in the room. When I called to complain the immediate descent it's from the rain and they didn't even come and check the leak which tells me they knew about this issue. The breakfast buffet is very limited in comparison to other hotels we stayed in the area previous years. They don't have hand lotion in the rooms. We were very disappointed with the overall quality for the money we paid. I would never book here again.
